- Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment within the specified cancellation window 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
- Unsatisfactory Service: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of our service, subject to management review and approval.
Refund Process:
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team via info@TheLongevityClinic.net . Provide your full name, appointment details, and the reason for the refund request. Refund requests will be reviewed within 24 hours of receiving the request. Approved refunds will be processed within 72 hours, using the original payment method.Non-Refundable Circumstances:
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice. If you are dissatisfied with the medical advice or diagnosis provided, as our consultations are based on professional medical opinions.
